1. Returns Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.

    • In original packaging with all seals, tags, or labels intact.

  • For health and hygiene reasons, certain products (like opened skincare, cosmetics, and beauty tools) cannot be returned once used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened beauty or skincare products (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping (unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect product).

4. Exchanges

If your product arrived defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
