1. Returns Eligibility
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.
In original packaging with all seals, tags, or labels intact.
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products (like opened skincare, cosmetics, and beauty tools) cannot be returned once used.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Opened beauty or skincare products (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping (unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect product).
4. Exchanges
If your product arrived defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
